Privacy and confidentiality

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I follow strict privacy legislations. Any personal information that you share with me before, during or after your treatment will remain confidential. No information will be shared with an outside party unless your written permission is given or the information is required by law.

Cancellations

24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes to your appointment time. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged for half of the appointment fee.

Receipts

Receipts can only be given in the name of the person receiving the treatment. If you are purchasing a gift certificate or paying on behalf of someone else, this will be stated on the receipt.

Insurance

Most extended health plans cover Massage Therapy however each policy is different. Please check into your plan before your first appointment. You are responsible for processing your own insurance claims and payment is required after each appointment.

Your appointment time

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, you will recieve whatever time is left in your scheduled time slot and the full fee will be charged.
